- Directions: Coming from Jamestown take US-127 South then, Turn left onto TN-296 E and then Turn right onto Tinchtown Rd which will turn into Gatewood Ford Rd. If you go cross the Clear Fork River going south you have passed the easement. The closest neighbor’s house for a general direction is 1300 Old Turnpike Rd, Jamestown, TN, 38556. Do NOT turn on Old Turnpike Rd. That is wrong street/easement.

The property is located on the Clear Fork River. There will be an easement on the north side of the property. The easement is an old logging road.
